Thank You
The kindness that I've been shown on this journey has been incredible and has come in so many ways.
  • My boss Jeff driving me to Oregon to begin the journey.
  • Co-worker Thomas and wife Joni providing a safe and loving home for my dog Ace.
  • People inviting me into their homes to sleep, shower, eat, do laundry and engage in great conversations.
  • People buying my meals while in restaurants and cafes all across the country.
  • So many people stopping and asking me if I need water or anything.
  • People taking time to provide directions and information on local areas.
  • Many other "random acts of kindness" in various fashions.
Then the people that have made cash donations to show their support for my journey. Generous donations have come from friends, family, co-workers and total strangers from across the country. Some even donating more than once!
  • John O. - Boise, ID.
  • Jonathan Moceri. - Boise, ID.
  • Don - Wyoming (Gave me a cash donation at a Flying J Truck Stop)
  • Doug and Janette Hobson. - Charlotte, NC.
  • Richard Custin. - San Diego, CA.
  • Colette Custin. - Chicago, Ill.
  • Rand and Colleen Rensvold. - Tijeras, NM
  • Doug and Janette Hobson. - Charlotte, NC (Second donation!)
  • Dianne Ekenberg - Colorado Springs, Co.
  • Linda Ekenberg
  • Ellen Dooley - Ferndale, Wa.
  • Paul Shephard - Boise, ID.
  • Robert Regan - Santa Barbara, CA.
  • Andrew Foster - Kuna, ID.
  • Lisa Regenberg - Eddyville, Ill.
  • Myrnamarie Brooks - Boise, Id.
  • Frank Masterson - Fordsville, KY - Paid for my campsite, gave me $20.00 and took me to breakfast
  • Rand and Colleen Rensvold - Tijeras, NM. (Second donation)
  • Rick Pruitt - Denver, Co.
I've changed the final leg of my route to go through North Carolina and completing my cross country ride on the North Carolina coast. I am on track to complete my journey around the 18th of September. I will be shipping my bike back and will be arranging return transportation to Boise most likely via bus...it will feel good to sit back and relax!
Thank you so much to everyone that has supported my journey in so many unique ways :)
